Common questions

What does the Free membership actually include?

Free members get a verified public profile in the member directory, access to the events calendar, and the ability to read all published journal articles. Six starter tools are included; the other thirteen and journal contribution rights need an Affiliate or Researcher plan.

What is the verified member badge?

The badge is a digital credential that confirms your active standing in The Voltas. You can link it from proposals, your portfolio, email signatures, or LinkedIn.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

What is the difference between Affiliate and Researcher?

Affiliate gives you the full operational toolkit. Researcher adds journal submission and publication rights, a researcher badge with a publication record, and early contributor status.
